Work
These seven projects show what I designed on each one and how it was made. Most of this work was done in house with my teams, and I have named the agencies that contributed.
Selected work
-
PSI, 50th anniversary
I led the refresh of PSI’s brand for its fiftieth anniversary, working with the communications director and the agency Design Army. The logo stayed as it was, everything around it changed, and my team built the guidelines, templates and network-member logos that carried it into 55 countries.
-
International Rescue Committee
I designed video-first campaign creative and the templates behind it, so teams working in 40 countries could produce quickly without the brand coming apart. I also ran the UX and accessibility work across the web presence.
-
HIAS
I ran a brand audit, then designed a refreshed identity and the guidelines, templates and asset library behind it. My team produced the annual reports, direct mail and collateral for 25 countries entirely in house, on a real nonprofit budget.
-
Maverick Collective
Maverick Collective invites women to invest a million dollars or more to launch new public health programs around the world. I set its brand architecture inside the PSI family, then designed the pattern system, type and art direction that speak to those donors while still reading as PSI.
-
Adolescents 360
I designed the identity, the guidelines and the report layouts for a program working in adolescent health across several countries. The brand had to feel like it belonged to young people and still hold up with funders and partners.
-
Orb Media
Working at Graphicacy, I designed the data visualization and interactive graphics for a worldwide investigation into plastic in drinking water. It was built for phones first, because that is where most people read it.
-
Palladium
I led the creative for advocacy programs in 35 countries, back when the company was the Futures Group. That meant campaigns, booklets for ministries, infographics, motion pieces and an interactive tool built on UN population data, and I took most of it through print production myself.
